My Story
It Will Happen for You Too!
When I tell you it is possible to own a home IT IS POSSIBLE! My husband and I had $600.00, a prayer, and a knowledgeable and experienced realtor when we started our home buying process. We ended up with a 1,752 Sq. Ft., 4 bedrooms (we only needed 3), 2.5 baths, beautiful Colonial Single Family home! We didn’t have $10,000+ saved We couldn’t stay with friends/family to saveOur credit scores weren’t the greatest(Of course if you can great! That just wasn’t our testimony) We obtained so much knowledge during this process (it felt like forever, but it was only a month) There are so many different programs for those who need it, and so many different options to chose from, most of all WE NEVER SETTLED! This experience inspired me to help others, give back, and become as knowledgeable and experienced as I can in this business! If you’re looking, thinking, wondering, imagining, or planning your next move, I’m here to help you every step of the way!

Common Questions
What the first step of the home buying process?
Getting pre-approved for a mortgage is the first step of the home buying process. You need to know how much you can borrow. Knowing how much home you can afford narrows down online home searching to suitable properties, thus no time is wasted considering homes that are not within your budget. Pre-approvals also help prevent disappointment caused by falling in love with un-affordable homes.
How much do I have to pay an agent to help me buy a house?
Agents who represent buyers (a.k.a. buyer’s agent) are compensated by the listing broker for bringing home buyers to the table. When the home is sold, the listing broker splits the listing fee with the buyer’s agent. Thus, buyers don’t pay their agents
What steps should I take to prepare my home for sale?
The expression “You never get a second chance to make a first impression” is absolutely true when it comes to selling a home. When selling a home you must be sure that your home presents itself in the best possible light. Making sure clutter is at a minimum, freshly painting rooms, installing new carpeting, or ensuring odors are non-existent are just a handful of things that should be done before listing your home for sale.
Do I Really Need A Realtor® To Sell My Home?
The number one reason why hiring a Realtor® is worth it is because of the knowledge a top Realtor® will have of the local real estate market. By having a strong knowledge of the local market, a real estate agent knows the importance of properly pricing a home for sale. A home that is overpriced will be at a severe disadvantage when comparing to other homes for sale in an area and potentially may not sell.
